Ralf Nonnweiler Smooth Finish contains less pigment than Panthera Ink's Smooth Blending and is used for the final stage of your tattoo. Using this ink you can completely saturate even the lightest areas of the tattoo that you may have previously left untouched. Plus, when the tattoo heals, the area you saturated with Smooth Finish will remain in the skin.
